A grounded, modern approach

Sarah’s teaching is shaped by both classical training and continuing study. Her foundation includes a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Stretch Yoga, followed by post graduate training in advanced sequencing and yin yoga.

Alongside yoga, Sarah has expanded her movement education through reformer Pilates and mat Pilates, bringing a broader understanding of strength, control, alignment, and functional movement into her work.

The result is a class style that feels calm but purposeful: accessible for newer students, intelligently layered for regulars, and free from the theatrical nonsense that sometimes floats about wellness culture wearing an expensive water bottle.
